Panel regularization

The installation of signs and the exploitation of advertisements on billboards, hoardings, trihedrons, lighting fixtures and similar are regulated by municipal legislation and depend on a prior license to operate.

In the case of road panels, it is also necessary to comply with federal and state highway legislation that delimits the setbacks of Domain Strips and Non-Building Area.

The purpose of these regulations is to limit the quantities, measurements and distribution of advertising signs to reduce visual pollution, establish environmental protection standards and, above all, provide safety to those who travel on public roads.
